Promise Look Hair Show!
Welcome to the Annual Promise Look Hair Extravaganza!!! The purpose of The Promise Look Hair Show EXTRAVAGANZA is to IDENTIFY and PROMOTE Waldorf/LaPlata/Brandywine/Clinton local hair stylists, salons, make-up artists, and cosmetology schools. All types of hair textures will be shown in this event! Hey, Licensed Hair Stylist and Students! We have video backgrounds, sound effects, lights, cameras, a DJ, video enhanced advertisement capabilities, make-up artist support, website support, program advertisement, a large separate dressing room for all models and more. Come out and showcase your talents.

Seats are limited to only 350 seats. We anticipate great demand for this event. Attendees must be at least 14 years of age. Food will be available, free of charge!
There are six categories in the show:
Formal - (classic styles, up-dos, chignon styles, prom styles, etc)
Natural - (locks, twists, braids, or styles that do not require chemical altering)
Precision Cuts - (any style showcasing cutting ability)
Color - (any style showcasing color ability)
Vintage - (avant garde styles or 1920s era styles) [JUDGED CATEGORY]
Extreme - (Total Style--hair, make-up and clothing) [JUDGED CATEGORY]

Judging
Vintage and Extreme categories (Category 5 and 6) will be judged. There will be three judges. Criteria will be predetermined. Before the end of the show, total scores will be tallied up and the winner announced.

THE VENUE- Middletown Hall, Waldorf, Maryland
We have reserved the entire building!!!!! All models/Salons/Hair Stylist/ Entertainment will enter in the left hand doors. Brittney Brooks is the Director of the show. General public enter in right hand doors.
